With over 20 years of experience leading complex integrated business projects with the likes of Gate Gourmet and dnata, Simon is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, as well as implementing an ambitious investment plan to drive growth, cross-group integration and open untapped market segments.

​Recognised for delivering high-impact results in complex, regulated, multi-site operations, with a strong focus on improving profitability, enhancing operational efficiency and fostering a culture of innovation and value creation. Proven expertise in P&L management, strategic planning, change management and governance, with a track record of aligning operations with business goals and stakeholder expectations.

With over 25 years of extensive experience in the travel retail sector, providing the leadership team with a deep and comprehensive understanding of the industry's complexities and its ongoing evolution. Throughout his career, Tim has consistently demonstrated the ability to execute tasks efficiently and effectively, always maintaining a sharp focus on achieving the best
possible outcomes.
Central to Tim's professional ethos is his unwavering commitment to putting customers first. He takes considerable pride in consistently exceeding customer needs and expectations. Tim’s customer-centric approach has been instrumental in building lasting relationships and driving sustained success for both clients and the organisation.
EMMA TAYLOR
CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

With a real nautical background, Emma started her career on the water as a fully qualified Royal Yachting Association (RYA) sailing instructor and eventually setting up a successful chandlery business at the world renowned Hayling Island Sailing Club. Her career has has had a sporting theme with roles at both Portsmouth and Brighton & Hove Albion Football Clubs where she ran the Players Academy. Emma joined the CSS team in 2018 with core responsibilities in HR & Operations. Today she works alongside Sharon to drive the business forward with integrity, trust and transparency. Emma has a penchant for fine wines & champagne and is a keen kayaker, often spotted in the waters around Chichester harbour.
GEOFF HUTLEY
SENIOR BUYER

Geoff is an accomplished Travel Retail professional with over 25 years' experience across multiple product sectors. Coming from a nautical background, he possesses extensive expertise in end-to-end supply chain operations, as well as supplier and customer relationship management within the Travel Retail sector.
Outside of work, Geoff enjoys outdoor pursuits and is a devoted supporter of Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, for which he apologises in advance.
